Happy Wedding!

It's been a while since my last post.

Today is my friends' wedding, and after I got home, I wanted to post our picture together to my path but then I realized that I don't have our picture together in my cellphone.

That's why to concgratulate them, instead of a picture I made this doodle.

Foodism

So, yesterday was my day out with my friend/neighbour. We both loooove food! So, we did a bit of culinary conquest (well, not a bit actually, it was a terrible yet delicious sin we did on our diet...).

We were in the mood for sushi, so we went to my favourite japanese restaurant, Hachi Hachi. Apparently my friend also like that restaurant but never tried anything besides their sushi, which is really delicious by the way. So, I suggest her to try my favourite dish from that restaurant which is called bistro rice.

Bistro rice contained one portion of rice with three tempura shrimps, bulgogi, stir fried vegetables, three pieces of onion ring and two yakitori (meat on a skewer).  It's really delicious! And I guessed right, she absolutely love the dish!

In the evening, we stopped by at a little cafe called areli which I visited once long ago. I suggest her to go to that cafe because I love their apple pie and there's another reason that is not so pure...

The cafe owner is a really handsome guy!

My friend got really spirited after I told her that. And fortunately, the owner was there. We almost let our squeal out. But besides the handsome owner, the food is really good and the atmosphere is really nice. Such a cute little cafe. I really love it there.

Apparently my friend  fell in love with the apple pie too. She keeps on rambling about how she wants to eat it again.

Well, it was a good day. Now I must work hard to lose the fat I gained (sigh)

Special for Adel

Today is my friend, Adeline birthday. I promised her to draw her one illustration as her birthday present. I wish to finish it before 24.00, 6 December and send the illustration to her as a birthday surprise. But I couldn't make it and it's just finish now.

Cute isn't it? I tried to do it my best to made it as soft and as romantic as I can to suit her taste.
So, Happy Birthday Adel, I hope you find that special someone soon.

I don't mind people use or upload my illustrations in any other sites, but please mention this blog and give some credit for me  ^_^

Happy birthday once again

Sooooo I made a little mistake on my previous work, the one that I made for my best friend's birthday, Abon.
I wrote that her birthday is on the 27th august instead of 26th which is her real birthday. To make it up, I drew another illustration to wish her happy birthday.

Yesterday was my best friend's birthday. The truth is, I want to post this yesterday, but I was so sick that I don't have the strenght to lift my pencil to draw.

Anyway, Happy belated birthday my friend!

Wishlist book

I made this wishlist book for my friend's little sister.
She was about to celebrate her 17th birthday, and ask me where she can find or make a wishlist, so, I offered to make it for her as a gift.

I was invited to her birthday party and luckily, she likes it!

 Front cover, I really suffered when I made the little roses for the dress

 Same with the front cover, I use little roses which I made with double origami paper to cover the dress

 For the mirror, I use the metallic inside of fox candy packaging. 

I covered the stiletto with glitters

 Memento page with an envelope to put mementos from the party such as invitation or photos

 The opened envelope, resemble a heart shape

 I made 2 layers back cover. The inside has the picture of the birthday girl waving as  thanks for her friends who has came to the party, the outer layer has the picture of a window which can be opened and closed. So, if the book is closed, on the back side, there's a girl who's waving from the window.

It's all wrapped and ready!

Special for Ivonne. Happy Birthday!

A present for my friend Ivonne.
Last year, I made her a handdrawn dolphin. Even though she love dolphin so much, I think it's boring if I drew dolphin again this year.
So, instead of dolphin, I made a cartoon version of her using adobe illustrator cs3. Hope she likes it.

I was bored. It's not like I don't have any assignment to do it's just I don't want to do it.
So, I made this instead doing my assignment.
This is not a serious project, I did it on a whim without sketching. But I think it's still pretty cute.

Today, after a long time my gang finally got some time to spend together with all the complete members.
Actually we gathered to celebrate Stella's birthday which has already passed since like 2 months ago.
We got her a cute mug, a cute name tag and a memorial dvd.

I designed the cover and the cd sticker myself.

Cute huh?
Well, at least I know that my gang love it
