It's the year of The Rooster! Happy Lunar New Year all!

Lately, I've been feeling kinda nostalgic. When I was little, there's a series about a Chinese Princess in the Qing Dynasty. This Princess is actually a commoner, She traded places with the real princess by mistake.

The series called Huan Zhu Gege or Princess Returning Pearl in English. It was a really popular drama, actually it still is. They even made a remake in 2011, but the remake is no good. I'll stick with the original one.

So, for this year new year greeting, I decided to make a fanart of my favourite chinese drama.

It's been a while since my last post.

Today is my friends' wedding, and after I got home, I wanted to post our picture together to my path but then I realized that I don't have our picture together in my cellphone.

That's why to concgratulate them, instead of a picture I made this doodle.

tsukiyo no monogatari

I did the same illustration a long time ago with watercolor, it was before I own a pen tablet. Now I redo it to kinda measure how long I have progressed. It's inspired by the song Tsukiyo no Monogatari by Domoto Koichi. Still my favourite song after all this time.
